The bumps on this one are pronounced enough so you really do feel them when playing so take it slow until you get used to this one and can warm up to it.  The hooked tip is superb and targeting the second sphincter but can also get caught up if you're relaxed and ready. I find the hook needs to point toward my front in the beginning to comfortably slip past the pubo-rectal muscle.
