I Need to Cancel my Order

Simply respond to the order confirmation email and request that your order be canceled.  Any and all requests to modify or cancel an order must be done via email to the shipping department at [email protected]

Due to the adult nature of the product, we are unable to accept any order changes via phone or voicemail.

Canceling your order before it ships is essential to avoid shipping charges. The daily cut-off for orders going out the same day is 11AM Eastern / 8AM Pacific.
