Unable to Reset Password

If you’re getting the form that requires your old password as well as the one you want to change it to, it’s because you are still logged in to the site at the time of the request. Only when you are completely logged out will it send you the form to change your password without knowing the old one.  So ensure you are logged out even across multiple browsers before clicking on the “Click here to reset your password” link and it should work as designed.
