Sigmund is so named as it is designed to somewhat enter the Sigmoid colon on most. A nice oblong head and shaft gives you the flexibility in play to turn it and encourage bending in one way, but not the other. Nice tapered head for coaxing open those rings. Easy and gentle when going this deep!

My first use, it was easy to get most of it in, but by my third, I was taking it to the base. Great toy for learning to take a deep stretch. Definitely recommend.
